In August, Livingston provided a two-day training on lead-safe reno-
vation, abatement and work practices for EHC’s Promotoras, Sherman 
Heights residents, workers from the MAAC Project, and representatives 
from National City and the City of San Diego.

y barata. En agosto, Livingston hizo un entrenamiento de dos días sobre

Livingston demonstrates lead-safe techniques for prepping an area containing lead-based paint before sealing it with encapsulating paint. Livingston’s work in the field of lead-poisoning prevention has included serving on the Environmental Protection Agency’s Title X Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction and Financing Task Force. He serves as an instructor at the University of Maryland Environmental Health Center and has developed dozens of lead prevention and weatherization training programs.
